Algebra 1 EOC advice needed

I'm teaching an Algebra 1 class for the first time in 90 days. I've previously taught it in the 8th grade for 180 days. I'm panicked we won't be ready for the EOC in May. Please advise as to what I definitely need to cover before the test. Is Quadratics the last thing they test on and do they really need to know how to find the roots and vertex points by hand? If I show them all the tricks by graphing calculator will the students be OK? Patty Spires
